I went back to my roots this weekend and took my kids on a day trip to Tilden Park in Berkeley. Both my parents grew up a couple of miles from this amazing park, and my grandparents took me there all the time when I was a kid. Just as I remembered, it was simply wonderful. We are a home full of pets. We have dogs, cats, fish, frogs... in the past we've had rabbits, ducks, chickens - you name it. But most recently we have expanded our fish collection.
