Fantastic Fairy Fun!

September 28, 2009

There are few things little and big girls alike find more enchanting than fairies.  A local family-owned business called Fairy Garden Party is hosting their annual Fall Fairy Festival this Saturday, October 3rd.  Attendees are encouraged to wear their finest fairy duds and go mingle with the fairies at this celebration of all things glittery and tiny. Activities will include learning how to use a wishing stone,  a scavenger hunt for fairy items,  a fairy ribbon dance, learning your fairy name, see fairy houses and more! The festival runs from 11 am – 5 pm and is for big and little people of all ages.  Admission is as follows: General $10; Children 4 – 12 $5; Children 3 & Under Free. There is also a generous ½ price discount for anyone wearing a Fairy costume!  Since October is the official month for dressing up, this is a great way to kick off this fall holiday season.  The fair will take place at Fair Oaks Community Clubhouse, 7997 California Ave., Fair Oaks.
